The name Just Eat It Up isn’t just about food. It is about life and living it to the fullest; every aspect of life!

Foodie ~ I love to eat. Bottom line. It is that simple. From tacos to terrine, boba to Brussel sprouts, pizza to popcorn. I’ll try it!

Nomad ~ I travel whenever possible. There is something about getting away. Whether it is on a local staycation or overseas. Discovering new places, foods and people are adventures that make my life more interesting and fun. My bucket list is full of foods, places and experiences just waiting for me!

Teacher ~ After many years in corporate America, I went back to school and earned my teaching degree. I currently teach 1st grade and it is one of the most fulfilling things I have ever done. My job is amazing. In reality, they teach me as much as I teach them.

Photographer ~ I am an accidental photographer. No training. In fact, if you were to ask me how I got a good shot I would shrug my shoulders and say “I don’t have a clue!” I just know that I see something that captures my eye and I take a pic. I don’t want to forget a detail…ever.

Writer ~ Writing is like therapy. My decision to write this blog is to share my experiences and my life with you. Enjoy.
