I have died and gone to heaven.  Cheesecake heaven.  I have been following Val’s Cheesecakes like a stalker on Instagram but my schedule would not allow me to visit. I finally got the chance.  I was not disappointed.  The days sweet and savory cheesecakes are posted outside the little blue beacon!

Melissa and Sean (sp.) greeted me with big smiles.  They answered all my questions and were very helpful.  I asked them which savory cake was their favorite.  Sean recommended getting them all and serving them with crackers.  What a great idea!  I will definitely keep that in mind for future reference.

The cheesecakes are served in small, glass clamp jars.  So cute and the perfect personal size.

I ordered the Turtle, Mocha Madness and Royal Lane cheesecakes.  The Turtle was just what you would expect: nuts, chocolate and caramel.  The Mocha Madness was yummy as well…a creamy delight with a sprinkle of cocoa on top.  The winner was the Royal Lane.  It was so refreshing.  Their original cheesecake topped with blueberries and a hint of orange zest.

I can’t wait to go back.  Someone might need a restraining order!
