Inaugural Post

My daughter, Kate, and me on the Ponte Santa Trinita in Florence, Italy.

Fenomenale is Italian for phenomenal.  Websters Dictionary defines the word phenomenal as follows: very good or great: unusual in a way that is very impressive.

  • known through the senses rather than through thought or intuition
  • concerned with phenomena rather than hypotheses
  • extraordinary, remarkable

I named my blog Fenomenale because it defines my life.  Why in Italian and not English?  Simple.  Italian is a beautiful language.  My life is fenomenale.  Not me…my life.  I am blessed to have a life that is extraordinary and remarkable.  I live my life through my senses.  I hope you will stay and enjoy my blog…and you will see, hear, feel, smell and taste this fenomenale life.
