This morning I made a trip to the Coppell Farmers Market.  It was a perfect way to start the Fourth of July.  My first stop was Johnson’s Backyard Garden.  Look at these beautiful striped eggplants!

Next stop was Village Baking Company for some yummy bread.  I bought a loaf of Meyer Lemon Rosemary and a loaf of Cranberry Raisin Walnut.  Both are amazing.

They had these little baskets ready to go.  There was a salsa basket and a marinara basket.  What a great idea.

I couldn’t resist taking a pic of this focused cupcake eater.  Precious.
